Ft. Claire's Mood Changing Nail Polish in 'confident&peaceful'

This is 3 layers, as it dries quite sheer and also it has no top coat and its already chipping -_- its only been a day!.

I got this nail polish in the US, while on holiday since u cant get it here (n) booooooooooooooo.

ohh this polish was only $2.50.. at the time claire's was doing a buy one, get one 50% off so i got myself 3 of these nail polsihes and got my sister a pop tart smelling lipblam.
