EOS- my new new love :)

kay lemme tell you the story first.. i got excited when i reached Oxford Circus UO because i was finally gna get my hands on the eos lipbalms and i asked a sales assistant that was near the door if she knew where they would be located in the store and she said she didnt know because she just returned from holiday so my face was like =S

i went upstairs to the sale section and i was looking at where the like accessorise's? were and i couldnt see them, then i turned into another section of the store..

AND I SAW THEM!

there was a whole bowl of them! they wasnt like the ones you get in a packet.. it was already out, but still sealed (see my picture for reference)

I WAS SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY I PICKED UP TWO!

Now for the hmm part.. As you can see i am a new blogger and most of my posts are NOTM's. so you can see i am obsessed with nails. Also i have been trying my hands at nail art (as you can see with my "dotting" tools (lol))

Please mind the little dots on my ring finger, i was having another go with my dotting tools but it went wrong on the other hand as the now dots turned into semi dots? =S

Oh and if your interested in what i did the dots in.. it is Sleek's nail polish in 22 Florida.

oh and i got asked why i have no like big ma-hoo-sive hauls and well.. im going on holiday to canada in 3weeks (BIG SMILE LOL) and im trying to save as you know in the US/Canada they have different things there and i wana try new things. well not really new lol.

my post title wasnt very imaginative now was it? loolbut anyways onto my story.. me and my friend, shamilla was looking for starbucks cos 1. i wanted a frapp and 2. snog was giving out free samples and it tasted like off yoghurt =S u know that sour taste u get?. yeh it was exactly that.. but yeh moving on.. on our way to starbucks we get stopped by a sales lady? that works for Phones4u and she goes (well something along the lines..) DJ Ironik's inside, come inside. Its free. So being us we went inside, well it was a free mini concert.. and we got an autograph and a picture. oh yeh and phones4u were giving away a free white blackberry.. and me and sham didnt win 0_0 suprisesuprise lol

Simple's Lipbalm && Softlips

I bought these two lipbalms on my last visit to westfield shopping centre and superdrug was having a 3 for 2 offer on all skincare.

Comparison

Simple: SPF 15, it doesnt say how much of the product you get..

Softlips: SPF 20, 2g

You can see from the picture that the Softlips tube is thinner and longer and this can be seen as an advantage, however the Simple lipbalm was more easier to apply onto my lips, as the Softlips lipbalm, because of how slim it is I had to apply it twice as much compared to the Simple lipbalm.

^ Because of that reason I like the Simple one more, but i wouldn't totally out the Softlips lipbalm because of that one reason.

I took advantage of the 3 for 2 Boots offer on beauty products today and i got:

- 17 mirror shine lipstick in 'Beehive'

- Rimmel bronzer

- Revlon super lustrous* lipgloss in Pink Pop

Ive got 3 super lustrous* lipglosses now wehey! Ive also got Coral Reef and the lilac one- dunno what its called =S

and i am liking all the products ive got.. well for now lol

now i am waiting for elf to get a massive delivery because everything i want is out of stock :(

i realllyyyyy want their kabuki brush!!

Ft. 17's mint choc chip (i think anyways)

my thoughts: the handle was kinda short so it was hard to apply the polish on my nails, but its probably because im so used to the Barry M nail polishes and that certain handle..


Anyways, i was reading some blogs, well looking at some blogs and are my NOTD's seem boring compared to everyone elses, as they've got konad stampings on theirs etc. Ive got a konad kit with just one plate and two konad special nail polishes and when i stamp the design onto my nail it isnt very flattering atall! I still have to practise so bare with me all..




oh yeh did anyone watch the England v USA world cup match?. erghh talk about annoying!!

Excuses

Seriously i dont know how you bloggers do it because i am soooooooooooooooo lazy!! but it might be because its my time of the month! grrrrrrrrr updating everyday and plugging my phone in to get the picture i want is so longgg but lyk the title is this a case of EXCUSESS?!

hmmm i duno but i'll promise to update more in the days to come!!

oh and OOTDs to come as i keep on forgetting to take a picture as im so used to just walking out my house and then yeh my hair gets messed etc etc.

OHYEH AND I GET TO GO TO 2ND YEAR. u must be thinking why you sooo happy? weird! but more about that in another blog :)

- It Stick (normally £17)

- Bad Gal Pencil (normally £14)

- Eye Bright (normally £14)

and i wana get my hands on all of them! mwahahahahaha unfortunately because its my time -_- i only got one which is the It Stick which i havent tried on yet as im toooooo lazy to get off the sofa ;)

ohh and to make me feel a lil better (as my tummy hurts like a !"£$%^)....

Sorry for the messy application!

Ive wanted this nail polish for awhile now and when i got it i was excited, but the consistancy was a bit too runny and so difficult to apply.. thats why its messy as im kinda used to the barry m nail polishes.. but i love the colour dont get me wrong :)
